Monitoring, updates and fixes for systems already running, whether we built them or not. We write down what we change, so your own people can follow it.
How we work
A written scope first, then work you can see.
Every project starts with a short written scope: what we will build, what it has to connect to, how we will both know it is finished, and what it will cost. The work is delivered in stages you can review as it goes.
You own the code, the hosting accounts and the documentation from the start. When a system goes live, we stay available to look after it.

English Tea LLC is a US software development company. The name is ours rather than a description of the work: we write and maintain software for businesses that sell online and need their systems to keep up with them.
We work remotely, take on a small number of clients at a time, and most new work reaches us through referrals from people we have worked with before.
